Due to Storm Amy, it has been decided to cancel the AYROC event on Saturday 4th October 2025. Hopefully we will be able to put this on in the future.

 

 

AYROC orienteering event at Dundonald Woods on Saturday 4th October 2025 at 11.00am.
There will be Blue, Green, Orange and Yellow courses.
Entries close at 10.30pm on Thursday, 2nd October.

The next AYROC event will be at Dundonald Woods on Saturday 4th October 2025 at 11.00am. There will be Blue, Green, Orange and Yellow courses.


This is a wooded hillside to the west of Dundonald Castle. The terrain is mixed woodland with a number of paths.


Hillhouse Quarries are the owners and operate the quarry to the west.


Dundonald can be approached from the A78, the A77 and the west of Kilmarnock.


Please park carefully in the streets of the village, please do not use the Castle car park as there are only a few spaces in this. The Start will be signposted from the Castle visitor centre.
