Event Details
AYROC Orienteering Event will be on Saturday 6th September 2025 at 11.00am at Kames, Muirkirk.
The closing date for this is Thursday 4th September 2025 at 10.30pm.
There will be a Yellow course and a Short Green course (approx 3.5km)
This is an open moorland , ex industrial site with many pits and depressions. The area can be fairly exposed depending on weather so please dress suitably.
Directions - Drive through Muirkirk on the A70 from the West, turn Right on to Furnace Road at the Coach House Inn and sign posted to the caravan park and golf course. There is a car park for hillwalkers on the left before the old school/ outdoor centre.
