This will be a short course practice session. There will be a Junior Course, a Course for Adult Beginners and a Norwegian Course for Experienced Orienteers.
Pre booking by Emailing by 10pm on 5th November is essential because of the Scottish Orienteering Association regulations which have been agreed with the Scottish Government.
