S.T.A.G.

Ayrshire Schools Championship 2010  attracted more than 240 competitors from 17 Primary and Secondary Schools to Irvine Beach Park  on Wed 9th June. Dougie
Condy’s six courses tested the orienteering skills fully on the undulating parkland. As you can see from the results there were excellent times especially from AYROC club members but the dominant school on the day was Gargieston Primary.

We were fortunate to have Hilary Quick from the Scottish Orienteering Association
to present the prizes. Thanks to all the helpers on the day but especially Dougie who also did  the promotion, entries, and site organisation
